Upon dissolution, all platform privileges cease. Accountability for past interactions persists beyond the termination of access.
8. Liability Constraints
Institutional liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform interaction is restricted to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our cumulative liability for all claims shall not exceed the financial commitment made by the client to Saivasthra within the preceding six-month period.
